Cancellation & Make-Up Class Policy

Enrolment Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment with Swim4Life, we require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice. Please submit your cancellation request via email to ensure it is processed promptly.

Before the cancellation is finalized:

All outstanding fees or overdue payments must be settled.
Any remaining make-up lessons must be used by the enrolment’s end date.
The Family Deposit will be adjusted as part of the final month’s invoice.

Booked Lessons Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets busy, so we aim to provide flexibility to support your child’s learning journey. If you need to reschedule your child’s lesson, simply remove them from their class at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. This ensures you can re-book a session at a time that works better for you.

You can manage this easily through the MyS4L Portal or contact us via phone or email for assistance. We kindly encourage parents to cancel classes promptly online, as this helps other families book make-up lessons.

Make-Up Class Policy

Make-up classes are valid for 6 months from the date of the missed lesson. To book a make-up class, log in to the MyS4L Portal, where available class times for the next 48 hours will be displayed. This allows you to select a session that fits your schedule.
